A Mini Guide For Coping In The Lower Leagues
The Lower Leagues It is often hard starting with a lower league club due to a number of things; lack of finance, lack of quality players and small stadiums. But here is some tips I feel could help you venturing into the lower leagues:1. Raid the free transfer market, look for ex- premiership players who may join you because in the lower leagues you need some high level experience. 2. Look for potential parent clubs that are willing to send their young players on loan to you without you paying any of their wages 3. Budget adjustment, make yourself with more wages than transfer fees. The majority of players you will sign will be free agents. 4. Arrange some friendlies with some big premier league or championship clubs so you can get money from the gate receipts. This will help improve the club’s finances. 5. The type of tactic you will want in the Lower Leagues will be a direct, long ball tactic. You don’t need to play Arsenal football in the lower leagues, it’s about getting a target man and getting goals! And finally…. 6. Try and tie down more of your players to full time contracts so you can reach closer to making your club fully professional! I hope these tips helped, good luck
